A52932 alarm in siemens sinamics V90 drive indicates PTO max limit. This means the commanded Pulse Train Output frequency exceeds the hardware's permissible switching limit for the selected encoder type. 

Cause:
  • For incremental encoder, when PTO frequency exceeds 120K, drive will output A52932 to remind that exceed limitation.
  • For absolute encoder, when PTO frequency exceeds 280K, drive will output A52932 to remind that exceed limitation.


Remedy: Change PTO ratio.
