A7456 alarm in siemens sinamics V90 drive indicates the EPOS Setpoint velocity is limited. This means the commanded movement speed exceeds the programmed maximum limit and the drive is artificially capping it. 

Cause: The actual setpoint velocity is greater than the parameterized maximum velocity and is therefore limited.

Remedy: Decrease the actual setpoint velocity.
