F30015 fault in siemens sinamics V90 drive indicates a Phase failure in the motor cable. This means the drive detected a loss of current in one or more output phases to the motor, suggesting a disconnected wire or unstable control loop. 

Cause:
A phase failure in the motor feeder cable was detected. The signal can also be output in the following case:
The motor is correctly connected, however the closed-speed control is instable and therefore an oscillating torque is generated.

Remedy:
  • Check the motor feeder cables.
  • Check the speed controller settings.
