F7492 fault in siemens sinamics V90 drive indicates the STOP cam plus was reached. This means the axis hit the positive hardware limit switch, or the switch was incorrectly triggered while moving in the negative direction. 
Cause:
The STOP cam plus was reached. For a negative traversing direction, the STOP cam plus was reached, i.e. the wiring of the STOP cam is incorrect.

Remedy:
  • Leave the STOP cam plus in the negative traversing direction and return the axis to the valid traversing range.
  • Check the wiring of the STOP cam.
